Active.pm and KiteActive process personal data to organise trips, events, bookings and customer communication. This policy explains what we process, why we process it, and the choices and rights available to you.
Who processes your data?

What data do we process?
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process your name, email address, phone number, language, booking and payment information, travel preferences, messages and conversation history, and technical data required to operate our services securely.
Lead Inbox and messaging
When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, we may store your message, contact details, channel identifier and conversation history in our Active.pm Lead Inbox. This enables us to answer questions, follow up leads and bookings, and keep conversations from becoming fragmented across channels.
Why do we process data?
We process data to perform our agreement with you, handle enquiries and bookings, operate and secure our services and, where required, send marketing communications with consent. We do not use personal data for purposes incompatible with these reasons.
Service providers and platforms
We may use processors and platform providers for hosting, databases, payments, email and messaging. When you use WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, relevant data is also processed by Meta under Meta’s applicable terms and privacy rules.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, our operational records and applicable legal obligations. Conversation and lead data is periodically reviewed and may be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to certain processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of data from Active.pm or our Lead Inbox, email info@kiteactive.com from the email address, or identify the phone number, concerned by the request. State that this is a privacy or deletion request. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and restrict access to systems and data to people and services that need it for their work.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when our services, systems or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page.
